Positive: Lovely quiet location, perfect for us and our little dog. Really clean and tidy. Kitchen facilities all excellent and looked nearly brand new. Bed and bedding nice and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were also great. Nice to be messaged with checking in instructions and given a mobile number to call if we needed to contact them. Also nice to otherwise be left alone.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful accommodation in an idyllic location. Cabin was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hosts ensured we had everything we needed and checked in with us that everything was OK. We went on some lovely walks with our dog to the coast and enjoyed pottering around some of the local villages. Couldn't fault it and would love to stay again.

Negative: That we couldn't stay longer.

Positive: The lodge overlooked a really nice and panoramic view over the pastures and the estuary. Great view of sunrise and sunset. We were visited by a very cute Cavapoo in the morning. We also enjoyed a very nice barbecue (there is wood but bring your own foil/coal) on the deck under a starry night. The cabin is very comfortable and clean, very warm. The bed niche was really nice and cozy with comfortable beddings and mattress. I would 100% recommend for a quiet weekend getaway in nature. The deck actually has a twin classic Adirondack wooden chair which was a good surprise, these chairs are very comfortable to enjoy the views and starry skies.

Negative: In the event of rain, a parasol or something similar would be handy as the views are still very nice even when it rains!

Summary: Great stay in warm cabin in the nature with amazing views.

Positive: As we been here before we both love the setting and the area. The cabin is done out nice and has mod cons to make the stay more comfortable. Outdoor seating and firepit plus very private.

Negative: Very disappointed, the bed was the big factor and i had to get the jist involved. The mattress was very hard and the slates were bent. The bed made loud creeks like it wasn't going to snap and my partner was worried. The hosts husband came to look and agreed it was needing attention. We travelled two hours to get here I said and didn't want to move. They offered a bungalow but we wanted a cabin with firepit not a bungalow. The husband shoved some bits of wood down to hold it but wow the bed was horrible to sleep in. So no sleep and we had another night to go.. We caved and went home. We wanted full refund tbh but didn't get it, got partial refund. Also it was stated fire logs was included, both times we went none was there! Sian made a bee line to state how much goes into it and said flowers were bought to go inside the cabin... No flowers were inside that cabin. After two hours drive, no sleep then I was rushed to hospital because iv had a attack probably from lack of sleep and stress I think compensation would of been nice! Not returning! Plus cobwebs and the floor by the loo is sinking.

Summary: Needs work and when things are included, include them! Never returning.

Positive: Me and my boyfriend loved it here, so peaceful, clean and just lovely. Every morning we see a cute fluffy dog walking up and down (it had a owner) but that made the stay more great. We love dogs. Such a lovely and peaceful place 🥰 We will definitely be back!

Positive: We loved everything about this cabin. We stayed for 4 nights and it was amazing, we had a fire pit/BBQ which we used 3 of the evenings. The cabin was well equipped and very clean. The view from the cabin was beautiful.
