Negative: Shuttle service from airport is hard to contact. Make sure you have direct number to hotel otherwise you get a centralized reservation system which is completely useless

Negative: It was full of paths outside. Wheelchairs cannot take full use of the property in the gardens. Also, there are not enough disabled parking spaces. One EV disabled which is nice, but only four regular disabled spaces so that equals heavy competition for those to park.

Positive: As always, the lodge was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and felt like you were out in the woods rather than in the city. The staff was exceptional, and the restaurant was incredible. This is my favorite place to stay when I go to Seattle.

Negative: There is nothing about this property that I do not appreciate.
