Positive: Delicious. Very friendly staff.

Negative: neighborhood not clean, bedroom door wouldn't shut in 3, slow toilet in 1(no plunger), strong smell of cedar (not recommended for allergies), weird layout in 3(have to walk through bedroom to get to kitchen and bathroom), no door from kitchen to bedroom, not recommended for elderly or handicapped (very steep), batteries need replaced in remote in 3 for tv, batteries need replaced in 1 for air conditioner remote, freezers in both units needed defrosting, bigger trash cans.

Summary: Overall stay was very clean just needs a little attention.

Positive: It smelled so good when we came in!! Cedar to be exact. It was very clean.

Negative: There was not a trash bag in the big trashcan in the kitchen. But we made due with some small bags we could find.

Positive: The smell of cedar was wonderful throughout the unit. The member of staff we dealt with (Arthur) was fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast we ordered for takeout from the Cedar Restaurant was outstanding.

Negative: Recommend bedside and tableside small lamps, as the overhead lights were extremely bright. Provided wifi signal was very weak and the TV Roku remote did not work with the volume and had to be manually adjusted with controls on the side of the TV. Additionally, recommend providing a full matched set of pots and pans for guests wanting to cook in the unit.

Positive: I liked the cozy atmosphere of the facility.

Negative: I chose this facility because of the hot tub. However, the hot tub was dirty and smelled like hot algae. As a result, we were unable to use it. There were also food crumbs in the coach.

Positive: The location was ideal nice quiet neighborhood with a great view from the balcony. The hot tub was amazing. Beds were very comfortable. We were aloud our dogs for the small fee of $27 per pet.
