Positive: The hotel offered everything it promised - we could enjoy both the private hot spring baths in our room and the public pools. The breakfast was simple but delicious.

Negative: The internet only worked in the lobby, and under the tree in front of the hotel X)

Positive: We were looking forward to a hot spring pool the (Thursday) evening we arrived but they were being cleaned so we adjusted our travel schedule to use the hot spring in the morning. The hot spring tub in the room didn't get hot enough. The bedroom windows faced a second-floor walkway. There wasn't an elevator.

Negative: provide additional towels for the hot spring pool.

Positive: The large tub for soaking was wonderful. The breakfast food was great! We especially appreciated the rice soup and variety of ingredients we could add to the soup.

Negative: We hoped that the hot water to the tub would have been more hot spring water than heated tap water.

Positive: The facility is quite and cozy. There is big bath tab in the room to enjoy hot spring. Taiwanese style breakfast is simple but delicious. There is no shops nearby. Just relax in the room at night.

Negative: Maybe due to COVID prevention, no dinner available.
