Positive: The location is fantastic. It feels as if you are on the sea on a boat, as it is a couple of meters from the sea. It is light and airy and very comfortable. The fact that it is 10 minutes walk from the centre of Vathy is good as it is very quiet and peaceful. There is quite a large covered outside space which makes the whole property feel bigger.

Negative: The bathroom is very small but everything works well, very good shower with constant hot water. All the other positive aspects of the property outweighs the fact that the bathroom is small.
