Open plan living area with double orthopaedic sofa bed, TV (for use with DVD player only) and stereo. Fully equipped kitchen diner - oven, hob, microwave, toaster and sufficient utensils for 6. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. Bedroom with king-size bed, bunk beds & large wardrobe. French doors to balcony from bedroom & living area.
The complex has electronic gate entry system and adequate parking. It is 10 minutes to an unspoilt and quiet beach. 15 minute walk to beach with beach bars and sunbed in high season. Supermarket 3 minutes walk from complex. 10 minute walk into the centre of town.
There is a variety of good local restaurants, bars, gelatarias and coffee bars.
There is a local market on Saturdays.
Good location to explore this unspoilt area of Calabria. As well as local unspoilt villages to explore, places further afield are accessible from this area.
