Summary: Lots of room for a group of friends without getting under each others feet. Games room is a great addition. Garden nice and secluded and lots of space.

Summary: The accommodation is enormous. Lots of space and the games room sauna and hot tub were fantastic. Beds all really comfortable and clean. Property was also really clean and very well equipped - kitchen, games room, library. Lots of fridge space, storage space and rooms were all spacious. There were a number of things damaged - hot tub needed to be reset often, oven in main house not clean and didn’t work so had to use the oven in the annexe which wasn’t sufficient for a big group, hob cracked and extractor/light not working, damaged tiles in utility, toaster not working broken blind in he lift bedroom and the outside garden lights didn’t work making the use of the hot tub and getting to the games room reliant on phone torches - with steps and cobbles this was a bit treacherous for elderly dad and disabled brother - so it does need a bit of TLC. It isn’t a high quality property but it is very well equipped and we had a great time - we would come again and have recommended it to friends - but the outside lights and oven definitely need to be addressed!

Summary: Had a party of 11 stay for 2 nights, great house for this. Lovely accommodation, well kept and great room sizes. The 2 cottages together was great for us and meant we were able to have an ‘quieter’ part of the house. Everyone said the beds were really comfortable and bedding was immaculate. The hot tub, sauna and games room are ideal as separate to the house. There was everything we needed in the house along with ice in the freezer! Everything was explained well for arrival and departure along with instructions for various items in the house. The location in the village is great and the stream with ducks in front of the house makes it picture perfect. Can highly recommend the local chip shop at the end of the road as well! Couldn’t fault anything and were looking to come back in the summer Nothing
