Summary: a fantastic stay with not only great accomodations and a gorgeous location, but an almost inimitable sense of community that made this tiny point in Lofoten feel like home

Summary: Beautiful inn with beautiful wood floors. Very Norwegian. Lovely sitting room and breakfast lounge. Smaller private rooms but with a great ocean view. We weren’t used to common bathrooms but not a big deal.

Summary: Very nice place. Only disappointment was the hot tub. They advertise they have a hot tub but fail to mention it costs $30.00 per person extra to use. Plus it wasn’t hot and they said it could take 2 hours to warm up. They prominently show the hot tub in all advertising. Very misleading.

Summary: The staff here was great, not having an en suite bathroom wasn’t a problem and there were so many bathrooms and showers in the facility to use. Great activities you get a discount on.

Summary: We liked it alot. Great personal and service. We would have wanted more hangers for clothes in the bedroom.

Summary: Very welcoming staff and a great location right in front of the fjords made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Catogarden is all about mindfulness and "sharing is caring" kind of behavour. Nice extra services like yoga class (free of charge), sauna and kayak tours. All with a view, of course. They also have a honesty bar and a small boutique whereas you can buy some food or local crafts. Also had the opportunity to have an amazing barbecue on the patio of the hotel.

Summary: Can’t recommend this place more - the friendliest people, large room, bathroom is spotless, yoga room and communal spaces are lovely. Great location - easy walk to the reinebringen entrance, 1 minute walk to the bus stop.
