Positive: We weren't there much, just to clean up and sleep.

Negative: Sunday afternoon, received an e-mail saying we could check in early, as we requested, but did not arrive until 4:30. Upon arrival, made dinner and at 6 p.m. was washing dishes - no hot water. We went to Camp Luther, and as we were leaving at 8 p.m. received a phone call from VACASA rep, telling us that the plumber would be there at 8 a.m. on Monday. So no showers Sunday night. VACASA rep arrived Monday a.m. and said it would take 2 hours. Electrician arrived at 8 a.m., plumber later and left at noon. So we weren't able to leave the house until getting showers after lunch. We had plans for meeting our relatives that morning at Camp Luther. Wondering how the cleaning service cleaned with cold water or at least a note left on the counter, telling us about it. Phone service is very limited in the woods in that area. Older people do not have their phones in their hands all the time, like kids!
