Positive: The house is cozy, very clean and with a lovely bay view. Location is great. The place feels quiet and private. I liked that we could walk to a small beach and swim. And also walk to some hiking trails. It's a great getaway place.
Negative: Vacassa's service was quite bad. The entrance lock didn't open, Vacassa agents were not helpful. It took a long time before I could enter the house and I had to deal with this even the next day. Vacassa provides only 2 rolls of toilet paper no matter how many people and how long you would stay. There was also barely enough hand soap (we had to add water when it was finished). For their service fees, you'd expect not needing to search for a shop where they sell toilet paper, then drive there and buy a package. There were a few other issues which Vacassa could easily take care of. Who knows if they will.
