Summary: Breakfast was great. Parking was easy. Staff was amazing and so helpful and friendly. Rooms are not soundproof. Unfortunately the room we booked and paid for was not available upon arrival; our 3 bed family room was downgraded to a one bed which meant someone had to sleep on the floor. The hotel and Hotels.com pointed the finger at each other and we didn't get any refund. The front desk was very apologetic and helpful; she got us a free drink at the bar to compensate us but you can't really compensate for such a big screw up...

Summary: It’s new. Bed is very comfortable. Should be a 5 star hotel. Shower was a little slippery but other than that all is good all around

Summary: I Had a very nice stay in this hotel. And something I dont usually do, but I ate in the bar all 3 nights I was here which when I am away with work is unusual for me. I like what they have done with the rooms and all done to a very high standard. Comfy bed, good wifi, good shower, lovely food and a safe and secure gated car park. I would stay here again

Summary: Lovely premises with easy parking outside. We didn't need it, but our unit was modified for disabilty access. Could not access Wi-fi despite asking several times. Nobody could explain or correct. We'd not had problems anywhere else. Not much in town.
