Positive: I liked that the property was clean, easy to walk around the estate and the decor was fantastic. I also like there there is an outdoor pool and complimentary breakfast was served.

Negative: I didn’t like that the spa and restaurant were both closed. I was really looking forward to both facilities being open.

Negative: Some rigid rules - breakfast stops at 10am and everything is gone at 10:01, pool only open 10-7pm… feels like staff is here to complete a contract and not make this place welcoming. Overall no complaint though we were well attended

Positive: The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed.

Negative: When I booked I was told the hotel had a restaurant and spa. THERE WAS NO RESTAURANT! not even a place to buy a drink. It was a major inconvenience to go searching for restaurants. I was charged as if there were amenities when there were NONE.

Summary: A disappointment as there was neither restaurant nor spa. I was overcharged !
