Positive: The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Food very tasty and good price. Decor in room very nice

Negative: Dirty towels left on our bathroom floor. Slippers opened. Robes not ironed. Noisy outside Sally Gardens room in morning with work being carried out. Some parts of bar area need touched up with paint and cold for doing

Positive: Amazing breakfast, nice location, good price for low season.

Negative: The heating didn’t work in one room for whole stay even after ask in the reception. I would recommend to ensure there is a minimum heating check before the arrival guests

Positive: Lovely decorated warm room. Very comfy bed. Ground floor but thankfully quiet. Complimentary bottle of wine for our special occasion.

Negative: Under staffed reception at a busy time, never told upon booking room would be in seperate building to main hotel. Taxi's will not pick you up at this serperate entrance even if its snowing. Shower gully totally blocked and no let of water to escape. No utensils given with breakfast to room.
