Positive: The property was so well presented being light, airy and spacious and everything had been thought of to ensure a perfect stay. Without doubt one of the best cottages we have ever stayed in, plus the added bonus of a welcome hamper on arrival far exceeding expectations - superb value for money, this is definitely a property we will want to return to

Positive: We stayed for three nights and everything was perfect. There are lovely walks from the barn, taking in Hopton Castle, and you don't have to travel too far, in the car, to other beautiful trails. We cooked for ourselves, whilst here, and there is everything you need, a home from home. Just 5 minutes away, in the car, there's a nice cafe at the Hoeseasons resort, a little pricey but very nice. They have a pizza oven which I think they start up around 4pm. The barn is finished to such a high standard and everything is well thought out to ensure your stay is relaxed and enjoyable. I'd live here if I could! The hosts are very friendly, thoughtful and the added bonus of a hamper and homemade, delicious bread was a bonus.

Negative: There truly wasn't anything we didn't like.
