Positive: Feels like a small boutique hotel, very personal feeling and friendly staff. Spacious rooms, very quiet overall, clean rooms and some amenities provided for the kitchenette incl coffee and creamer. We’ll kept property.

Negative: Walls are thin and you can hear people talking in front of our door, it may be a bit far from downtown Cabo for some but truly is only a 10-15 minute walk down hill. The bed was very soft and some amenities are a bit torn down (info sheets in the room, lids of shampoo/wash), pool fills up quick if there is more than 4 people around, but we could have known that.

Positive: Beautiful rooms , we stayed in the deluxe ocean view - equipped with microwave and refridgerator, hair dryier and a tv with sofa. The sofa was not the most comfortable but okay, I wish they had tv in front of the bed

Positive: The pleace met my expectations, it has spacious and bright apartments and as written, it`s away from the noise down the town. Whirlpool and pool were also nice, I always was the only person using them, also in the evening sitting at the terrace or close to the pool was relaxing, although and also because there was no one else, so it`s not a party hotspot. Equipment of the apartment was fine.
