Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: it is quiet
Negative: The rooms conditions do not correspond to a 200/night hotel. The sauna is not included in the spa visit, which is very strange... that was the only reason I came there... Also, keep in mind that the parking garage access is an extra fee, which the front desk does not notify you of.
Summary: place that pretends to be posh but is not worth the price, imo

Positive: Beautiful place and so we’ll run. Staff were incredible and the breakfast is rhetorical best thing I have ever seen! It is expensive but it’s very nice. The spa pool we had use of was incredible too and the kids could also use. We had a small issue with noise one night that was actually external and outside of the staff’s control which I understood in the end. I was very happy with how the staff dealt with it, very well Mannered The hotel is only a short drive to Santander which is a lovely city, if you have a car. We did this each evening and paid only about 5/6 euros to park in the city for an evening out
Negative: I’d like to have been able to use the sauna etc too I’d like a coffee maker in my room I think free parking should be included for hotel residents in the underground car park
Summary: Really wonderfully relaxing and staff were so accommodating
