Positive: Location, food, rooms
Negative: The maitre was terrible. Not customer oriented, zero empathy, with his bad attitude and poor service he ruined the excellent work of the chef

Positive: The location was amazing and the views were breath taking.
Negative: We booked a family room and felt the living room area felt very bare so didn’t use it as it just didn’t have the homely feel, bedroom was nice, mattress was very hard but I guess that’s down to individual opinions, bathroom good…..the room as a whole we couldn’t fault it for cleanliness. Staff were very friendly but dinner service we had a very long wait for drinks and food. Would we come back….yes but I would choose a different room.
Summary: Fantastic location and views.

Positive: Breakfast was perfect, great choices, everything we wanted and much more. Location, views, space, charm, and most of all the staff were outstanding. Service was great in every respect. All for an incredible value for 4 adults in one suite with the best views and location in the hotel.
Negative: The bistro and restaurant menus were acceptable but did not impress as much as we hoped. Beautiful setting, service, and ambiance made up for the menu but only for one or two meals.
Summary: Best decision to go there for our 3 day get-away and we send thanks to all the staff.
