Positive: - very professional and welcoming staff - wonderful view, especially from the pool - complimentary drinks and snacks at the pool - superb, big rooms - great museum inside the castle - offers a great reading room with books and board games and complimentary drinks

Negative: not really related to the actual hotel, but the mobile signal is pretty weak to inexistent. This also causes their own Wi-Fi to be very weak

Summary: Authentic castle vibe, amazing design and architecture, one of the best in Tuscany

Positive: Incredible food at both restaurants, very helpful staff, beautiful room overlooking rose garden. Superb views. Very special place indeed. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again tomorrow! La sala do Grappoli was outstanding. Couldn’t ask for better setting or food!
