Positive: The host, Estefano, was very nice and welcoming and had a lot of stories to tell, especially about motorcycles. Breakfast is a typical Italian breakfast with a lot of sweets, not what we are used to in the US but it gets you going. The coffee was excellent. It is a safe and quiet area and just a 10 minute drive to the nearest town which has a supermarket. Being able to use the refrigerator was a bonus. Parking is free and on the property. For anyone that wants to stay in a real, countryside house, away from the buzz in a city, this is a gem. Thanks Estefano for your hospitality.

Negative: There was an extreme heatwave while we stayed at this property (+33C to +35C) which according to the host was very unusual. This made it a bit hard to sleep during the first night as there is no AC. The host gave us a fan which made it comfortable for the second night.

Summary: All-in-All...a great stay in a rural and quiet location.
