Summary: Smelly communal areas. Bordering on misleading with regards to parking. Generally pretty average. Would stay again if desperate.

Summary: There is much to recommend this property, particularly for 1/2 people. The kitchen area and bathroom are updated, the space is quiet, and the location is convenient. The host is accessible and followed up during my stay to check on comfort. The cleaning was tolerable, which is the primary reason why my review is not 5 stars. However, that is an easy thing to improve and might be different for other times so I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others!

Summary: Everything ran very smoothly. The apartment is very close to the historic area of Orleans, practically on the bank of Laura river, between two bridges. It's clean and comfortable, equipped with all necessary things. It was not that difficult to find a parking place on the street despite Laura River Festival, celebrated on those days. Disadvantage - no small or big shops nearby...at least we did not see them. The hostess Myriam was very friendly and assisted us by telephone in all our requests.

Summary: We were so very pleased with your apartment! Everything was so clean and uncluttered. The bathroom was beautiful and the kitchen so very well supplied with all we needed and more. The bed was very comfortable. The area was very quiet but so near to the centre of Orléans and all it has to offer. You were always in touch with us and we will certainly recommend this “home away from home” to all.
