Positive: The apartment is very well situated near the Sumgayit Boulevard and close to many restaurants and shops. It has all the necessary amenities such as a hair dryer, washing machine, iron as well as smart TV and AC. The bathroom was clean and had shampoo and body wash, plenty of towels were provided. It was clean and modern looking apartment.
Negative: The only issues were with the bathroom sink in the evenings as it had an unpleasant smell coming from the pipes. Also the flat has a park and playground just outside the balcony and there was a bit noisy up until midnight from all the kids playing. There are mild inconveniences which are out of the host's control.

Positive: The host Mr. Nasimi is a very kind and helpful person.. He did a lot of effort to help us getting our bags into the house and also helped me to find the nearby supermarket.. He was very responsive during the stay The stay was great value for money!

Positive: Neat clean well renovated apartment in the center of city. Well equipped with everything for comfort. Embankment, McDonald many good restaurants and market near. Very Friendly owner and every time available for help and guiding.

Positive: Thank you very much, we liked everything! Thanks to the owner for calling a taxi for us and meeting us. Everything in the apartment is new, clean, everything is there and works. A good place next to the boulevard and the embankment.
Negative: It's a pity that there is nowhere to swim close there.
Summary: Nice flat and owner.
