Positive: Reasonable distance to the main attractions of Santa Fe

Negative: Murphy bed wasn’t very comfortable. Basic amenities not handled (for example waking up to your first shower to find the shower body wash / soap completely empty)

Summary: Decent place but certainly below our standards for a good holiday destination

Positive: Very comfortable place with everything we needed. Nicely decorated. Pleasant and private outdoor backyard. Good location about equal distance from Plaza and Railyard.

Negative: We loved everything about the place. EXCEPT that it flooded after the heavy rains on the afternoon of August 15. We came back and there was water and mud on the floor near the front and back doors and also elsewhere in the living room, in the hallway, the kitchen, even inside the closets. Hard to say how it all got in. When I called and texted Vacasa, even though they said it would be treated as urgent, no one responded until the next morning. A man called and then came and cleaned up. He said I would receive a refund for that day and possibly a little extra. Then I never heard anything. I contacted Vacasa again after I got home and again they responded saying they would see about a refund. However to date I have not received anything. The unit needs to be better sealed against the heavy rains that frequently occur in Santa Fe.

Positive: So close to Santa Fe hot spots, clear instructions, wonderful amenities, free/easy parking, large capacity washer & dryer available, kind neighbors, and perfect for pet parents.

Negative: Some tiles in the floor could use fixing and water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Summary: This is perfect pet parent stay near all that's wonderful about Santa Fe, and I plan to return.

Positive: Loved the location - easy walking distance to both the downtown square and also the railyard/ farmer's market! The bed and pillows were divine and the space was cozy. It had all the amenities we needed for a lovely lovers weekend getaway!

Positive: I loved how clean the casita was and the sweet Santa Fe touches throughout. My favorite was the kitchen. It had everything I needed to enjoy many home-cooked meals. I love to cook, if you do too then you will love the new gas stove and oven. The casita is a perfect size for singles or couples. Hopefully they will just put a lovely queen-size bed in there and get rid of the Murphy Wall Bed. I would definitely book again if they were to. Overall it is a sweet casita at a very good price for what you get.

Negative: The Murphy bed was uncomfortable. There is a large gap between the wall and the head of the mattress and your pillows fall under the head of the bed making it impossible to sit up in bed and read or watch the TV that is placed across from the foot of the bed. I had to fill the gap with cushions from the loveseat. Also, there is a cabinet at the entry of the bathroom and unless you’re a size 2 you have to always turn your body sideways to enter. If you’re a bigger person this would be very difficult. The rain shower head was horrible, it had very low water pressure and it made rinsing your hair and body a very long process. Every time you flush the toilet the boiler or pipes make a very loud bang which wakes up whoever you are staying with. I never got used to it.

Summary: Loved the location as well as the more modern appliances but horrible bed and bath
