Positive: Cute house with nice facilities and excellent shower. Great to use the bbq on a lovely evening as well as the fireplace indoors for the chilly evenings. It had everything we needed with lovely touches such as the port wine, biscuits and decorations on the towels etc. the host was friendly although communication was not easy. Super glad the host provides ideas for visits in the area on a printed sheet… else we would have been lost what to do in the region.

Negative: Rather a shower door than a curtain… as the curtain moves inwards from the temperature and gets in the way. I little more privacy in the location as it’s a working farm space. Better internet and tv options for the nights in.

Positive: This is a beautiful place to stay in the middle of nature. Everything in the house was prepared with so much love and attention to detail. We even had a warm fire waiting for us on a cold and rainy day. Absolutely recommend staying at Casinha Por do Sol!

Positive: The place is magical. The lady host looks to help and make the stay comfortable. Most important to ask for the exact location on the google map. The nearest cofe/restaurant/grocery is 10 min. drive. There is a nespreso coffe machinr- bring your coffe with you.
