Positive: The flat is very nicely decorated, with a pleasant open plan layout. The kitchen is very well kitted out, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The bathroom is a good size and the walk in shower was particularly useful for an elderly relative. The rooms are very spacious, nicely decorated and have large wardrobes in which to store everything. The terrace at the back has a table ,chairs and sun shade which was perfect for eating outdoors. The windows have wooden shutters, so we weren’t woken up by the morning light. On arrival we were greeted by a member of staff, who was punctual, communicated effectively by SMS and was indeed very helpful.

Negative: The tap in the bathroom sink was not working properly, splashing water everywhere; the mattresses in the individual beds weren’t very good and the non-stick frying pans were scratched.
