Positive: It was great to stay at an old ranch house although it is Very Rustic with not too much to offer.

Negative: Bedding was old and there's absolutely nothing on the property. You have to bring water, food or anything else you will need. Too "rustic" as is. This property could use some TLC. otherwise it was a treat to experience an almost 500 year old house.
