Positive: Two bathrooms, well supplied kitchen & utensils, screens on windows for fresh air at night. Parking was free.

Negative: It was fairly remote so it afforded some seclusion. However, in the evenings it was hard to enjoy the outdoors because of bugs and some barking dogs. Other guests carport was right under our kitchen window. To eat out required a 15 minute drive to Castel del Piano.

Summary: It was a good location for the various day trips we made to sites in the Val D’Orcia.
