Positive: Beautifully restored and arranged 'casena' and facilities - stylish yet traditional, very nice. Very caring staff - Rosa (manager) is there almost all the time and cannot do enough to assist and take care of you - brilliant, personal service! We used it as a base for touring the Madonie Mountain area (fantastic and very unspoilt) and then returned to chill by the pool before changing for drinks and dinner. Dinner each night was of a very high quality, all freshly prepared and a good range of choices on the menu and far easier than driving out to find somewhere to eat (Collesano is closest but quite small).

Negative: There was nothing to dislike and we would struggle to know what to suggest in terms of improvement too. At the 'being picky' level, the pool could have been a few degrees warmer!!

Summary: Fabulous place to stay, quiet, amazing views, excellent service & great food; ideal for the Madonie

Positive: Beautiful property with large pool, very quiet at night. Great location for accessing Parco della Madonie and the charming towns in this area. Very clean.

Negative: Our only problem was a shower that didn’t drain as fast as the water flowered in, but overall we had a very nice stay.

Positive: This is a beautiful place & the staff were really helpful. The pool was especially lovely (all be it rather cold) the view was amazing.

Negative: There was a mix up over our request for our kids of a twin room (they had to share a double) - I don't think this was the hotels fault it could be something lost in translation with booking.com as this also happened at a different hotel on the same holiday ...
