Summary: Loved everything about the stay and experience!

Summary: The marketing on Expedia and hotels . Com are misleading and deceptive when it reviews the hotel amenities .It is not clear that you must pay a resort fee of 35 dollars and 100 dollars (50 Dollars per person )for one day . If you book an overnight each calendar day is a spa charge. The service by hotel employees was poor. When I ask about the spa charges to an employee of the hotel they called the wording deceptive. I felt like I was being ripped off the whole time I was there.

Summary: Thermal spas were lovely. No accommodation for hotel guests at restaurant. Hotel felt like a pricy after thought. Extremely noisy above and outside. Then construction @ 7 am. Housekeeping loud chatting in the hallways. Multiple room key malfunctions. Front desk dismissive. Location iffy, lots of graffiti, uncomfortable for me. But again, spas were nice.
