Negative: The property needs a little maintenance. Also there is only one AC unit which needs the window open to operate letting in the mosquitoes. Some areas were not properly cleaned especially in the bathroom.

Positive: The location! The VIEW! The modern design. Good and safe parking garage. Nico, the guy who helped with check in and check out was super nice :)

Negative: The stairs with 4 kids and a babystroller. A little complicated with a parking spot 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment.
