Positive: It was cute and well stocked. The host was friendly.

Negative: It was a little dirty, cob webs on light fixtures, everything was dusty, it was super hot since nothing had been turned on prior to our late notice arrival (we booked at the last minute) and the bedding on the bed had a strong sour smell to it like it was left in a washer too long before being dried. Prior to arrival, we did not realize that the tiny home is right outside the main homes door/kitchen window. Didnt seem very private being right outside an open kitchen window. That was a little awkward. I think the listing could be more specific about the tiny house location being so close to the main home. The host was very kind and quick to respond.

Negative: The tiny house was as advertised and comfortable except that we had no towels of any sort. This was certainly inconvenient. We came in late and were unable to contact our host about this issue.

Positive: Beautiful peaceful place! Chickens and I met a beautiful cat! I even was late easy to find if you follow the directions. Not far from the Beach and downtown 😎

Negative: Super close to the host, but they are super nice and mind their business 👌 😊

Negative: The hose needs a good cleaning, the shower had black mold and the tile needs cleaning. Only 1 out of 3 would shower. One window needs a screen and the stove needs to be cleaned.
