Positive: Massimo was incredibly kind and helpful to us. We came for a friends wedding and we hadn’t realised that the walk was going to be tricky, so Massimo very kindly gave us a lift to and from the wedding! Going above and beyond at every opportunity. He also made us a delightful breakfast spread and coffees and was so generous in keeping it available for us even after 12. The property is stunning and so comfortable, the views are like a movie, very picturesque. The amenities are more than you can ask for, with lots of drinks available at all times. We had everything we needed and Massimo was the most kind and gracious host we’ve ever experienced. We want to go back just to see him! Honestly can’t recommend this enough, definitely get a rental car for this location - it’s worth it. You can also guarantee very clean, good quality luxurious stay. I was really impressed with the bedding and the down duvet and pillows, making a perfect home for us for the time we were there. Thanks Massimo!
Negative: Nothing!

Positive: The property is gorgeous, beautiful view in the Tuscan Hills. The owner is super nice and the breakfast was TOP fantastic.
Negative: Maybe the bedroom we had was smaller that what we saw in the photos and it was a room with sun exposure, so it was pretty hot at night. Next time we will just ask for a different bedroom.
Summary: Great for couples. Good for families.
