Positive: Location and the host Mauricio could not of been Nicer and helpful. He even drove us to train station as cabs are hard to get. People please book this place. Restos , sites , museums walking g distance to B and B.

Positive: What an amazing property! This is probably one of my top 2 stays ever. Newly renovated, conveniently located, furnished with everything you need to have a comfortable vacation stay. Maurizio was well prepared with all instructions printed and laminated 😀

Negative: There is nothing in this category. Just a warning if you are coming with a car, talk to Maurizio about getting to free parking which is on the other side of the town, otherwise plan to spend about €35/day on parking.

Positive: It is sleek, modern and has all the amenities you could want. Siena’s historical monuments are just around the corner and there are so many places to eat. It’s also quiet and very comfortable.

Positive: The modern and fresh apartment is perfectly situated for touring the main sites in Siena. The street is quiet and close to several good restaurants - with AC on the street side wall of the bedroom. Coffee and tea provided. With stores nearby and a full kitchen in the apartment we fixed what we wanted. The owner was extremely patient with our late arrival and went out of his way to explain the apartment and the city. We were worried about getting to the rental car on checkout and he took the time and effort to give us a ride! This was one of our favorite stays.

Summary: The owner went well beyond the expected to be helpful and make or stay perfect!
