Positive: We were greeted by the owners and provided place tour together with the keys. Located in a quite area, with parking provided. Nice, cozy, clean, with balcony to spend evening if one wish. Two bedrooms in modern bathroom each, washing machine. There is a great restaurant 5 mins walk, which provides fresh bread in the morning. The sea is 10-15 mins walk. Off season plenty of parking on the main street.
Negative: Chemicals used for cleaning - weather excessive or too fragrant.

Positive: Safe, Quiet, Car garage, clean, new. Two Bathrooms. Location is very good. 10 mins to beach by foot. 7 mins walk to fast supermarket. 35 mins drive to La Spezia (Cinque Terre), 40 mins drive to Pisa. Host is very friendly, always waiting for helping you.
Negative: If you are not IKEA hater, it is fine.
Summary: The appartment is perfect for two couples or one family.
