Positive: Room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of lovely areas to sit and enjoy the garden and views. Staff were very helpful. Beautiful pool and sun loungers.
Negative: Hard to get to if you are not driving. Loud music playing at the pool, would have preferred no music or something subtle playing in background.
Summary: Very welcoming staff and clean well furnished rooms and surroundings.

Positive: Exceptional stay – a truly magical place! This place is absolutely magical. Nestled in breathtaking natural surroundings, it offers the perfect combination of peace, beauty, and relaxation. Everything is brand new, beautifully designed, and created with incredible attention to detail. From the tasteful room decorations to the elegant tableware and furnishings, every element reflects quality and care. The pool is fantastic, the entire property is spotless, and the atmosphere is both luxurious and welcoming. You immediately feel that every guest is genuinely cared for. What made our stay truly exceptional, however, was the outstanding service. A very special thank you to Agnieszka, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the very first check-in, she took wonderful care of us, making us feel welcomed and looked after at every step. She shared excellent recommendations on what to see in the area, introduced us to regional specialties, and provided fascinating insights into the local culture and history. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine passion for hospitality made all the difference and helped us plan the rest of our trip. We rarely experience such warm and personal service. Agnieszka is a true asset to this property. Without a doubt, this was one of the best places we have ever stayed, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Positive: Agnes (staff) was super nice. Made us coffees and welcome drinks.
Negative: Of our 12 days in Tuscany/Umbria this was maybe our least favorite place. It was the most expensive place we stayed and not worth the cost. Location beautiful, but the landscaping and grounds were not maintained well. We are sorry to give it a low rating. no hooks for clothes. no place for suitcases. no water glasses. soft bed.
Summary: Overpriced for what you get. Not a lot of options in this area, so that's why we booked it.

Positive: We stayed only for one night since we were travelling through the area. It was an amazing place - the staff was superfriendly and the kitchen even waited for us since we arrived late. The food was great and the rooms cosy - the preheated the room since we stayed in January and it was pretty cold. Breakfast was great. The facility is beautiful and I would love to come back in summer to enjoy the cosy places outside and the pool. Thanks for a great stay

Positive: Beautifully renovated, in a small town on a hill among vineyards. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings, especially during late spring, summer and early autumn, when the vineyards are green and you can also use the outdoor pool.
Negative: Soundproofing between rooms could be a bit better. We booked 2 rooms and the couple staying in one of them was awakened at 7am by other people staying at the property.
Summary: Would recommend for anyone wanting to relax in Tuscany
