Positive: The room was very spacious (with a very comfortable mattress!), and the buildings are historically fascinating. The food was superb. We had the Rustic menu three consecutive nights, and each was made with excellent seasonal products, combining Italian cuisine with a very clever use of spices, fruit and vegetables. Nevertheless, the absolute stars were Louise and Federico, who are warm and welcoming hosts. Being so close to Rome, Casale Alessandri is a lovely space to escape to when needing a break from the city!

Positive: Casale Alessandri is a beautiful, quiet and cozy getaway for anyone passing though Massa Martana. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating with any of requests. Whether it was an extra cleaning of the carpet to let our little daughter play there safely to help with adjusting the tire pressure of our rental car. The dinners we had at the residence were also tasty and rustic. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Negative: The only feedback was that the pool was a little too cold for our daughter to stay in for longer periods of time but it was acceptable for adults.

Positive: Lovely location. Rustic, which is just what we were looking for. And the hosts, Louise and Federico, are wonderful. Pleasant and congenial, and Federico is a fantastic chef. The gourmet dinner we had one evening was superb. It also helps that he is very funny and entertaining.
