Positive: Excellent Location overlooking the mountains , very helpful staff , good clean property with plenty of potential to develop further . Very accommodating while accessing to requests for change of rooms due to technical issues .

Positive: The place itself, the wiev, the remote wild area is super. The pool is like in your dreams. The food is fantastic. Prosecco and wine are quality. Really a lot on the plus side.
Negative: Fantastic place all in all, lack of proper communication througout the reservation process and some hospitaly - hotelier skills were missing to me. The place is under construction, they build more houses so workers making noise between 7-16:30 that brothered us . The rooms has names, so refer the room you desire by its name so you can maybe get what you wish for when booking.

Positive: The setting, location, and views are breathtaking. The dinner was excellent. I suggest you eat in.
Negative: Maybe breakfast should add a bit more savory then sweet. Such as cheeses, cold cuts, eggs and fresh bread
