Positive: The owner Kai is exceptional. She welcomed me warmly into her hotel which she runs eccentricly but whilst catering for your every need and being generous with her time and helpfulness. her staff is a very efficient team. You will also not go hungry with an excellent range of included breakfast. Excellent value for money and a superb location for restaurants, bars, ATM, scooter rental and other amenities

Positive: The property is gorgeous and the owner Kai is the most helpful and friendly person ever. Nothing was too much, I felt like I was part of her family. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms cleaned everyday. I would definitely stay again.

Positive: Kai couldn’t do enough for you, free laundry, take you to different beaches everyday, collect you, nothing was too much trouble, most comfortable bed, room cleaned every day, right in the middle of where you wanted to be and a short walk to a beach if you wanted to stay local. Breakfast was plenty, fresh coffee, lots of fresh fruit! Clean beach towels to use everyday, just felt part of everything we will definitely be going back to Casacool
