Summary: Room is poorly painted. Bed was decent. Placed us next to a clanky elevator that we listen to all night. elevator is not working now.

Summary: The room was more dingy and small in person than it appeared in the photos. The bed sank down so much in the middle, it really should be replaced. We were so tired so we slept just find but we would not stay again. One of the staff guys on the night we checked in was rude and unprofessional and the other guy who was working that night was at least friendly. When we checked out in the morning the day time staff was very kind, so they sort of saved the experience.

Summary: Hotel is nicely remodeled, and the staff is very helpful. Housekeeping did not leave towels in our bathroom, and the bathroom was not completely cleaned but I did go down to the front desk and they were very apologetic. We would likely return if we are ever in the area again.

Summary: Room was clean, air conditioned. I wish I was in a room w a better window view but tbh I loved my room. My only complaint was that the toilet paper handle and towel handle by the mirror were loose & I was scared to hang anything on it. I’m not a docking a star for that bc tbh it’s not a huge deal to me. The staff were all incredible. Loved it & in the middle of everything.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the CasaBlanca Hotel. The location was wonderful for sightseeing. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful. Unfortunately, due to our short stay and heavy sightseeing we were unable to make time to try the outdoor tubs on the top floor.
