Positive: I loved that the property had a community vibe yet you had your own very private space. I visited in September and rarely saw another guest. Everyone could enjoy the property in peace. The view was also amazing! The rooms were also so large and gorgeous!! It really felt like my own home in Ischia.

Negative: This is not a dislike but a heads up. This location is just outside of forio and requires either walking hills, scooter, bike, or car. I ended up walking and taking the bus system, very easy, but if you are walking it does take some physical work to get to the location.

Positive: I loved how beautiful and comfortable the place was. The host was incredibly accommodating, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The surroundings and neighbourhood are beautiful too, not too far from the beach, but also nice walks along the small streets finding the nearby eateries.

Negative: There was honestly nothing to dislike — everything exceeded my expectations.

Summary: A truly memorable stay filled with warmth, comfort, and outstanding hospitality.

Positive: Amazing views and overall a nice location, some great restaurants in walking distance.

Negative: Issues with hot water for showering not lasting more than 10 minutes. Spent a lot of my previous vacation time on the phone with Fabio trying to fix the problem but unfortunately there was nothing that could be done. Fabio was great making it up to us but I think this was the one issue that, if fixed immediately or didn’t happen, would have made this a 10/10 stay.

Positive: The apartment was very new and more spacious than I had thought. The view was absolutely stunning. We could enjoyed the sunset, the ocean and the mountain view. The host, Fabio, was very nice and advised us to take the home grown vegetables on his garden, which we did and made salad at our room. I really want to go back there again. Highly recommended.

Negative: You have to tell exact time of your arrival. It is a privately owned apartment and it is reasonably priced, so I think you have to bear with it.

Summary: Gorgeous View and spacious room. Memorable stay.

Positive: Everything was great, 10/10 recommend! The apartment has a great location, everything is easily accessible by foot and bus: the beaches, shops, restaurants, all the famous towns of the island, but you also have the possibility to rent a scooter which makes things even easier. The apartment is very modern and stylish with an amazing view over the sea, and its garden is also beautiful. Jeffrey, the host, is super friendly and helpful, he gave us a long list of tips and place reccomendations, and even gave us a lift on the day we left. Deffinitely recommend!

Positive: Jeffrey was an amazing host! He suggested very good restaurants and places to visit, he was very helpful when we needed something, he picked us up from the bus station when we arrived and drove us to the Forio Port when we were leaving. He even gave us basil and some tomatoes from his garden :) The apartment is just like in the photos, with great design, very clean and comfortable, with very beautiful view. We loved this place and would definetely come back. It is already written in the description, that you need to walk a lot to get to places, so we rented E-bikes and it was way better than walking. Jeffrey also arramged that for us. So even if you like walking, it's not that comfortable. But there is also a shortcut if you walk to get to the Citara beach that Jeffrey will tell you. Thank you Jeffrey for this great trip :)
