Stay in this beautiful farmhouse equipped with every amenity and designed in harmony with the surrounding hills!
Our house has two rooms, feature a beautiful comfy bed each with a private bathroom , a living room, a kitchen, and a panoramic terrace.
A peaceful place, where you can chill out in nature.
The house is nestled in a beautiful Marche's hills 500 mt on the see level, that gives our guests plenty to do: whether you want to go biking, hiking, or trekking, mountain Catria, mountain Cucco, mountain Nerone, offer the most spectacular trails for all taste and level of difficulty.
The area offers plenty of experiences, if you like historical villages, cultural and gastronomic tours, medieval town or shopping, it is all one quick drive away from the house.It stands on a hill, 500 meters above sea level on the border between Umbria and Marche (8 km from Gubbio) surrounded by hills and woods; at guests' disposal outdoor parking next to the house, large green areas and a SWIMMING POOL with salt water, a method of disinfection more respectful of our health and nature.
We are in the Marche Apennines, an area incredibly rich in biodiversity: many flowers, butterflies, spontaneous aromatic and medicinal plants and mixed woods of secular plants among which we have arranged deckchairs, benches and hammocks, hidden in the most suggestive corners.
ON REQUEST, WITH A SMALL EXTRA CHARGE, IT IS POSSIBLE TO ENJOY A BREAKFAST HOME MADE WITH ORGANIC AND KM 0 PRODUCTS.

Summary: Ca'Paravento is a real find. The location allows you to explore Northern Umbria as well as Marche and the property itself is exceptional. Roberto and Alessia were wonderfully welcoming hosts and provided great advice on some of the less well known local places of interest. These were so useful that we binned our original itinerary and were rewarded with some beautiful landscapes and fascinating towns. Thanks again for everything guys.

Summary: Very well positioned in the Marche, allowing stunning hiking trips as well as numerous discoveries of beautiful villages and cities and journeys to the adriatic coast. And back at Ca'Paravento you enjoy the comfort and rest of a beatifully restored countryhouse with a swimmingpool balming you with its slightly salted water. Summary: We had a wonderful 5 days here. Our apartment was delightful with beautiful views of the countryside.It was equipped with everything we needed. Our hosts were charming and very helpful. they gave us great suggestions for towns to visit. we tried several of the recommended restaurants and were very happy with all of them. Roberto even called the local parking authority in Assisi to find out where we could apply for a special handicapped permit for our car. His kindness enabled my husband ,who needed a walker , to see so much more of the city. I hope to come back to this lovely part of Italy again.

Summary: Ca Paravento is the most beautiful accommodation I have ever stayed in. Set amongst the mountains, the views are breathtaking, and the flat itself was gorgeous. The perfect blend of old and new. Roberto and Alessia are delightful hosts, always ready to help and advise but not intrusive at all. Our holiday relied on their local recommendations and everything we did was wonderful. I can not recommend Ca Paravento enough.

Summary: Ca'Paravento is nothing short of a gem hidden on the border of Marche and Umbria. Roberto and Alessia took a shell of a building in a spectacular location and had a vision----a vision that now is a reality for guests to relish. The view is spectacular. Every detail of the interior is a feast for the eyes. The surrounding area offers a rich variety of places to visit and things to do....all this is enriched by Roberto's and Alessia's warmth and willingness to do what they can (by providing maps, suggesting best places to park, recommending restaurants, etc..) to facilitate and enhance one's stay with them. We loved every minute, cherish the memories made, and hope to be lucky enough to return one day!!!

Summary: Oh my gosh. How to describe this place. If we could go back in a second, we would. Coming to Ca' Paravento and meeting Roberto and Alessia and their sweet dog Deli was among the highlights of our trip to Italy. The place is heartstopping beautiful...they've done an amazing job renovating this 6th-century structure into a beautiful haven to live and dream and entertain guests. Every little angle of this property shows a loving touch and invites you to want to spend at least part of a lifetime here....just a feast for the senses and for the soul. Roberto and Alessia will steal your heart w their love and passion for this place, their beautiful personalities, their love of all things local, their amazing dog who adopted them when they moved to this place several years ago, their active participation in the local community, those UNMATCHABLE homemade breakfasts (have never seen a spread that charming in our lives), and just the wholesome magic they've created for themselves and their friends in this beautiful spot....we really didn't want to leave. We're just grateful we got to spend four days of our lives here, and we hope to return.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at Roberto and Alessia's B&B at the beginning of September for a few nights. Their place far exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it! It's even more lovely than the beautiful pictures on the website. It's not just that it's a delightful, serene place, but that you can feel from the moment you arrive how much love, care, and attention has gone into making this a warm, welcoming retreat. We were lucky enough to have mild weather and have one of our breakfasts out on the terrace with an amazing view of the mountains and hills. The breakfast was scrumptious featuring Alessia's homemade breads and jams, a variety of cereal, fruit, juice, coffee, and more. We had never been in that area of Italy before, we had also never driven a car in Italy so by the time we had arrived on our first night - much later than we expected - we were more than a bit weary and hungry. Instead of directing us back out for dinner, they very graciously grilled us some fresh vegetables and served us some wine so we were able to get settled in right away. During the entire trip they were available to give us great ideas about traveling in the area and things to do, but also made sure we had the privacy to be on our own and unwind. The pool and surrounding area are quite lovely as the views are also spectacular and the grounds feel so serene. We spent one whole day just lounging on the property in the hammocks and poolside. Again it was better than we expected, just a magical place to relax and forget about any stressors you may have in your day-to-day life. We felt the entire time that we were staying at a good friend’s place, it's that comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming. It's obvious that Roberto and Alessia work very hard to create this magical vacation experience. If you are anywhere near the area of Gubbio give yourself a treat and spend some time at Ca’Paravento.
