Positive: Location was fine - literally 5 minutes Walk to the main through street and centre of Sorrento

Negative: Poorly maintained facilities - crumbling plaster in 2 bathrooms- shower door poorly maintained (we had to fix this ourselves) tripped alarm system sounding with no explanation of what it was and lack of urgency to get it fixed- smell of gas in property after alarm system was “fixed” - one selling point of a pool on the property not being listed at the time of booking as being closed for when we would be staying - also we believed that local tax payment had already been included in the original price and hadn’t expected to pay this in cash

Summary: Good location - ideal for large family to be based together with lots of bedrooms - property maintenance needs a SERIOU
