Positive: The house is new, the owner is friendly. Communication with the owner is good. Parking is good. I recommend Only for tourists with a car. There is no public transportation.

Negative: This is not a entire apartment, most likely a bedroom and kitchen. Shared staircase with family downstairs. No door that provides privacy. The photo of the pool needs to be removed or information needs to be added that you have to pay for the pool. It is desirable to have more kitchen utensils in the kitchen.

Positive: A warm smile welcome me on the arrival :-) i got the key from the host. the rooms was absolutely stunning,everything is new, everything you need was there, the kitchen was complete with all tools you could need and everything was perfectly clean. Perfect

Negative: no public transport available in the area, you need to have a car. The parking is private and it is plenty of room

Positive: Was clean and modern. Very quiet neighborhood. Host are very friendly and even gave us some food to use for our breakfast since the stores were closed.

Negative: The bed was not very comfortable. The pool should not be in the pictures unless you include a note about the extra expense to use it.

Summary: Was very relaxing and enjoyed our time there.

Positive: The place is beautiful and very smart , hostess is very helpfull and tries to do her very best to help. Very little english but using whatsapp can comunicate very easily. The pool area is amazing [ all be it if you want to use all day can be a bit expensive ] We agreed that we only wanted to use it for maybe an hour or so and they waived any charge .Location is fair but you need a car. The outside area is great with a semi covered large balcony and a very large open balcony area surrounded by glass panels . I am giving it a score of 8 as with a few changes can be an excellent accommodation.

Negative: The kitchen is small but needs more equipment if it is to be self catering , something like a worktop oven and a few more kitchen utensils should be provided and some extra worktop is needed and should be provided. The open aspect does mean you hear the family coming and going.

Summary: Needs some small changes but is a lovely accommodation and the host is so friendly
