Positive: The flat was nice and the missing things that we needed were delivered by the host upon request.

Negative: The surroundings of the appartment are not very nice and it can only be accessed on foot along a busy road with no sidewalk, which is not very convenient with kids. Also, the appartment is in a steep hill, so the ascend is rather physically demanding. The nearest shop is approx. 20 minutes walk to reach. It may be better to drive everywhere but that was not what we were looking for.

Positive: We arrived late, but we were met and shown the house, told about all the nuances, it was nice. The house is clean, the furniture is new and modern, the beds are comfortable, everything necessary was in the house.

Negative: We arrived at night and couldn't find the house right away, the entrance to the yard is located on the highway and it's easy to miss. The house has a terrace with a table where you could spend the evening, but the high-frequency sound, we didn't understand the source, spoils the stay. Only a door separated us from the neighbors, so we heard their every word.

Positive: It was a lovely new looking apartment with many amenities. ie. Washer, Nespresso coffeemaker, freezer. The view was so lovely, despite the dreadful weather. We were just so sad because we couldn’t enjoy the outdoors. Matteo was so helpful and attentive.

Negative: The parking is up the hill and the path down is quite steep. On a normal day, this probably isn’t a problem but when it’s windy and wet it’s not easy to navigate. Fortunately, Matteo helped a lot with bring things down with us. The other comment I would say is the noise between rooms. You could literally hear people’s conversations through the walls. Not sure there is much to do about that, but it’s worth mentioning.

Positive: The apartment is very nice, comfortable and well equiped. It is ideal for a short vacation. We got help with the luggages which was much appreciated.

Negative: Although there is a nice terrace to sit outside, the property is on a steep hillside, so cannot really use the garden.
