Positive: The location is amazing. Close to both downtown and the Bicentenario plaza. It's also close to a mercado where you can find good eateries. The room is spacious and is beautifully decorated. Very private and very quiet area. The host is very attentive to whatever you need.

Negative: The place requires a little maintenance. The shower area in my room drains very slowly and can get flooded at times. If you go in December, bear in mind that Zacatecas gets cold at night and there is no heater to keep you warm. They provided a couple of extra blankets though.
