Positive: The closeness to the beach and sea view promenade. Coffee available in the fridge and mokka pots in the kitchen. The garden is very well kept, charming and full of cute lizards. Ann was very communicative and helpful and talking to her was a pleasure.
Negative: The lack of bug nets (there were many mosquitoes even during the day, and a lot of ants made their way into the house). Loud noises (mostly children) in the mornings, plus a doorbell that rings at the guest house whenever someone visits the hosts. Relative lack of privacy (people walking around the garden right outside the bedroom window). Lack of a proper double bed - instead there were two single beds pushed together, which created a hole we would fall into at night. Overall not a great place for a couple.
Summary: A nice, but quite imperfect rustic vacation.

Positive: The property has a very good location, and the supermarket is nearby. We could drink a delicious Italian coffee at home or in a cafe nearby. A small and lovely beach is one hundred meters from the property. The central train station is a 10-minute walk, and the bus stop is 20 meters from the property. There is a patio inside where we had a perfect grill every day.
Negative: The parking place is located on the property directly. We had only one little problem with our oversized car parking, but with the property's owner's help, we quickly resolved this question.
Summary: We had the wonderful holidays and we are absolutely satisfied.
