Positive: Cosy mountain chalet at a good walking distance from Idyllwild. Also nice that there were so many nice games at the house. We’ll definitely be back!

Positive: No keys, Key pad on front door did not work, We got in because the back door was unlocked. It was the only way we could come and go.... The instructions for getting in the house were not correct. We never got a key or was able to use the keypad on the door. Not a good way to get in....but Thank God the door was unlocked!

Negative: The beds were VERY hard. It was not as clean as i thought it was at first glance. The sheets had hair in them and the place was dusty. There were spiders also. But the house is very comfortable and homey. Just some little issues that were livable.

Negative: Had a few problems but they were handled immediately and one thing that needs addressed is the driveway. It needs graded and rock put down.

Positive: The home was great. It was super comfortable and a very clean, tidy, and quiet home.

Negative: There were a couple of hiccups. First off, because we arrived in the dark, the entrance to the driveway was a little difficult to navigate. Also, the front door was difficult to lock as there is a deadbolt that is a little sticky but not bad just something we noticed. Finally, the en-suite bathroom heater/fan turned off after 45 seconds or so, or didn’t work at all but there is a window in the bathroom so not a big deal at all. It was just something we noted and let the Vacasa representative know and they were instantly attentive.

Summary: Lovely stay with friends. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
