Summary: I needed to change my reservation due to Shabbat and no transport. Daniel, Jacob and Yali were great in getting the info and helped me change my booking and getting a refund. It took a while to get through to Expedia but James an Expedia agent was great and I got the refund. Thanks everyone you really helped me alot.

Summary: Quiet little hotel in south central Tel Aviv. My room was small but clean and perfect for one person, two people might have been a squeeze. The rooftop area is good for relaxing and there is a hot tub although it is not easy to use. Breakfast is actually served at another hotel 5-10 minutes walk - I may have missed this but I don’t remember reading about it when booking. The breakfast choice was limited but tasty, service at breakfast could be improved with a “if you want it, you have to ask for it” approach. Overall good choice for a solo trip of a few nights in Tel Aviv.
