Positive: Overall, great place. The only donwside I would mention is hard mattresses but for some that could be a benefit :) Location is very typical and quite residential area with car requires to commute.

Positive: Location was great (very quiet but a short walk to El Toro/Port Adriano), house was lovely and clean, pool area was lovely and lots of cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils etc.

Negative: Not so much didn't like but a 'welcome pack' in the house in various languages that provides details of in-house facilities including trouble-shooting etc. and also some details of local services (taxi, restaurants, supermarkets etc.) especially as the host did not speak English which (i) made the check-in difficult (as we do to speak much Spanish) and (ii) would have proved very difficult when we twice had no hot water and had to contact the host had we not at the time had a Spanish speaker visiting us. But even with a Spanish Speaker we are accused of 'playing' with the thermostat when in fact the water issue was due to the power tripping as the result of a faulty toaster.

Summary: Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Positive: The pool was great, area was nice and peaceful. Open plan areas inside and out were good. Lots of seating, whether to relax or when eating.

Negative: Due to the location in a residential area, we needed taxis or had a 15 minute walk to get to shops or restaurants. However, we knew this when we booked, so it wasn’t an issue for us.

Positive: It was open planned and lovely, but also felt very homely!! We all loved it and would return.

Negative: It’s quite a walk away from shops and restaurants but that also meant you’re in a nice quiet area which was nice

Summary: WONDERFUL!! And the owner was so lovely and helpful. We all had the best time ever!

Positive: The villa is beautiful, the pool and garden are gorgeous. Its on a very expensive road so we enjoyed looking at all all the houses. The port is a 10 min walk with a beach and the most amazing restaurants. Marian the host was lovely and so helpful. Santa ponsa is 7 mins in a taxi and only costs 5 euro. Would highly recommend 💕

Negative: That we had to leave and go home after 10 days 😭
