Positive: It’s a great nice big room. It is mostly quiet, and spacious, clean. The area is good as there are many shops and easy connections.

Negative: The place is a bit far from the city, and you can hear when someone is showering or leaving the place, due to lack of noise isolation.

Positive: We truely enjoyed our two-day long stay in the middle of winter. The room was cozy, sparking clean, and big enough for two people with large duffle bags. Beautiful wooden furniture. Very peaceful area yet close to public transport and supemarket. Heating and shower worked perfectly. Well equipped and always clean shared kitchen was totally awesome. We could cook any meal we wanted and store everything in a shared fridge. A big plus is also self check-in and check-out. We totally recommend it!

Negative: Only two minor things: there wasn't any shampoo provided only the hand soap, and the outflow in both shower and handbasin would probably appreciate some cleaning, because the water was flowing quite slowly.

Summary: Outstanding value for the money and very friendly host

Positive: Friendly staff, cleanliness, easy access, excellent value for money, there is the possibility to park on the street at no extra cost. You can get to the center in about 25 minutes by tram number 49, which has a stop about 400m away.

Positive: The apartment was clean, tidy, and exactly as shown in the photos. It was warm and comfortable, and we were even allowed to check in earlier than scheduled since we arrived ahead of time due to the rain. The host was very kind and accommodating, responding to all our requests. For the price, this is a perfectly decent and enjoyable place to stay.
