Positive: The location was good! The house and host were awesome!
Negative: Unfortunately, the biggest downside of our stay was the lack of air conditioning. I wish I had paid closer attention when booking, as the house became extremely hot — around 35°C (95°F) inside during our stay. The fans provided were not very effective and did little to cool the space. I think having stronger, higher-quality fans would make a big difference for guests, especially during the summer months. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, but the heat made it very uncomfortable at times.
Summary: Heat with no ac made it very uncomfortable! The host was really nice! He also told us a great place to eat!

Positive: Very large and very clean apartment with three spacious bedrooms, large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The owner is amazing - she can't speak English but she's using the translation app, she's very warm and generous, gave us advice for local restaurants... She even gave us a cake as a treat :)
Negative: The area is a bit noisy but nothing excessive.

Positive: Very friendly host. We were offered safe private parking. It is a 3rd floor flat facing the cargo ship port. It has a little lift for luggage. Apartment is grand, with maximum possible equipment. It can host even a 6 member family. All the equipment is almost brand new. All roms are beautifully decorated. Bathroom is extra big with 2 basins and shower corner with window. There are all kinds of shops just round the corner, including bakery, grocery, café or pizzeria. Flat has a cute little balcony. Another advantage is presence of bus stop right next to the building. You travel just 3 stops and you are on the public beach. Bus nr. 1 rides both ways to the Genoa city centre but expect the traveling time can reach almost 1 hour. Qor family was completely satisfied with the stay. Thanks!
Negative: Rooms are not airconditioned. They use fans instead and through windows airing. But being the part of a bigger building with several more flats above, the inside temperature in the middle of summer was tolerable.

Positive: Lovely, big, clean apartment. Local Pizzaria was excellent.
Negative: It was hot, so windows open at night and the road is loud. A toaster would be a great addition.
